Competition organisers reserve the right to cancel/reschedule the competition at any time due to unforeseen/mitigating circumstances and without any prior notice. However, where possible to do so, competition organisers will make every reasonable effort to inform participants in good time.

The non-refundable competition admin fee is £20 per person per category entered into.
The competition admin fee is to cover additional venue costs, prizes, equipment (like new shuttles) etc. Normal session fees will apply per day in the competition you play.

All fees are non-refundable and we will only issue a refund of the fee where the decision to cancel the competition has been taken by the organisers.
Where the competition has been rescheduled, you will have the opportunity to carry forward your fee or request a refund. Where you had initially confirmed your entry for the rescheduled dates and are subsequently looking to withdraw your participation, NO refund will be issued.

Volunteer at the competition
By default, all competition participants will be expected to volunteer at the competition to help out as required.
We are also looking for additional persons (i.e. those who are not playing in the competition) to volunteer throughout the tournament. There are several roles which we need help with, including (but not limited to): Line judges, Match referee, Admin team, Media team, First aiders and medical response team.
Volunteer roles will be allocated on a needs basis and so we cannot guarantee that you will get the role you had opted for. However, we appreciate any help you can give to help host a great club competition.
Use the form below to register as a volunteer, even if you don't want to take part in the competition itself.
Audience at the competition grand final
We have an opportunity this year to have an audience for the grand final on Monday 7th October 2024 at Haydon School from 8pm to 10pm.
This would be a great opportunity to come and support our club members in the finals for all four categories of the competition. There is no fee for being part of audience for the grand final. If you would like to be part of the audience, please register by selecting the relevant option. Please note, spaces are limited so we cannot guarantee audience spaces to everyone.
