Effective 1st September 2022
Each month, a player list is published on the website, with all members given an opportunity to adjust any dates that would like to play on (subject to spaces available). Once the monthly player list is finalised any changes to session attendance thereafter will incur charges as per the cancellation policy, set out below.
If you cancel within 48 hours of a session’s start time, you will be charged in full for the session regardless of a replacement player being found. In exceptional circumstances, the cancellation charge may be waivered by the club organisers. If you fail to attend a session, which you are confirmed on, without informing us, you will lose your next confirmed session, and be charged for the session you didn’t attend.
To clarify exception circumstances will be accessed on a case-by-cases basis at the sole discretion of the club organisers, but include matters relating to family bereavement, ill health leading to hospitalisation, COVID-19 positive test results, etc.
The club organisers reserve the right to update this cancellation policy at any time without notice.
