Play Badminton Club Member's News
Find out what wonderful causes our members are up to beyond Badminton
Play Badminton Club is always pleased to support wherever possible some of the wonderful activities our members get up to outside of badminton.
Please note, Play Badminton Club is not responsible for organising or managing any of the activities noted below, and details are just for information purpose only.
In October, Roshni, one of our wonderful long-term members, will be doing the Shine Night Walk Leeds 10k, to help raise funds and support Cancer Research.
Did you know, that 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s ground breaking work.
Any support you can give Roshni, would be great appreciated.
Huge well done to Milan, who ran his first marathon on Sunday 2nd October in London!
Milan ran for the Outward Bound Trust to inspire our youth to become strong, resilient and curious, ready for the challenges of life.
Outward Bound are an educational charity that helps young people to defy limitations through learning and adventures in the wild. They equip young people with a stronger sense of self-belief, the ability to cope better with stressful situations and to interact more positively with others. These are essential skills and behaviours young people need to succeed in life.
If you would like to help Milan raise funds for this fantastic charity, it will be greatly appreciated.
