The BIG HIT is a Badminton England initiative, which aims to help raise the profile of the sport, allowing clubs to re-engage with members after the summer and encourage new players onto their courts.

Play Badminton Club supported this initiative by holding a special para-badminton session in 2021 and an open day in 2022.

This year, we are holding another open day for non-members to come and try and session at our club.

Non-members are welcome to our Open Day. Children (from 5 years to 17 years of age) are welcome too and MUST be accompanied by legal parent / guardian.

Please note the amount of time you get to play badminton may be limited during this open day session, with the overall aim for you to get to know our club and try out badminton.

Spaces are limited so pre-registration is required. Only those with a confirmed place will be allowed entry in the Open Day session.
